What are Lucky Packs?
Lucky Packs are curated packs built from real singles. Cards are sorted into tiers before packing. We focus on a clean experience: clear standards, careful handling, and fast shipping.
Are Lucky Packs gambling?
No. We don’t use misleading odds language. Lucky Packs are curated assortments with stated standards and a defined “hit” count per tier. Like any pack opening, outcomes vary.
Do you guarantee hits in Lucky Packs?
Yes—by tier:
Lucky Hits Pack: guaranteed 1 hit
Lucky Value Pack: guaranteed 2 hits
Lucky High Roller Pack: guaranteed 3 hits
A “hit” is defined as a higher-tier card compared to filler/base. Specific players/values are not promised.
What counts as a “hit”?
Hits vary by sport and market, but generally include stronger rookies/prospects, parallels, numbered cards, notable inserts, and other higher-demand singles compared to base/filler. We define hits by tier consistency—not hype.
Can I request teams or players in a Lucky Pack?
Yes—you can request anything. If we can accommodate it with available inventory and standards, we will. If we can’t, we’ll tell you upfront.
What if I don’t like what I pull?
That’s part of the experience—similar to opening sealed product. We build packs to standards, but individual outcomes vary. Lucky Packs are final sale once opened.
Why are singles sold mainly on eBay?
Singles move fastest where buyer traffic is highest. Our Shopify site features our unique packs and bundles, while eBay supports quick, liquid single-card transactions.
How do you price singles?
We price based on recent sold comps and current market availability. If a card is priced above market, it’s usually due to condition, scarcity, or timing—ask and we’ll explain.
How fast do you ship?
We promise 1 business day handling. We aim for same-day whenever possible.
Do all orders include tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking.
How are cards packaged?
Standard protection: penny sleeve → top loader → team bag → bubble mailer. Orders are packed to keep cards secure and clean during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy for singles?
Returns are accepted within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
What is your return policy for Lucky Packs and bundles?
Final sale once opened. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will make it right.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Send clear photos of the packaging and the item. We will either replace the item (if possible) or refund it. Photo proof is required.
